With innovative space-saving solutions, many individuals have merged the family room and the living room into a single area, now commonly known as a "living room." Another prevalent trend is the concept of an open living space, often referred to as "open floor plans," which frequently involves combining the kitchen and dining area. In such arrangements, the kitchen island often serves as a visual boundary between these different zones.
