DELIVERY

We provide standard 'Front Door' delivery to USA, Canada & Mexico for most of our products and shipping to contiguous 48 states for all of our products. Some items can't be shipped Internationally. Please contact our 'Customer Support' service prior to purchase.
Standard shipping method usually takes from 5 to 10 business days, for heavy-weight orders - from 7 to 18 business days. Depending of your order, our products are delivered in two ways: Front door parcel delivery (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx) to your delivery address and Truck delivery for most furniture and other large and extra weight items. Processing time of your overall order usually takes from 24 to 72 hours. We do not guarantee processing time up to 72 hours for some oversize items, out of stock items, personalized (monogrammed) items, or for items shipped directly from the manufacturer/vendor.
SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping and processing charges are applied for each delivery address on an order. Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.
We provide FREE delivery to contiguous 48 states for qualifying orders. Truck delivery charge is a flat rate based on two factors: The amount of your overall order and Shipping (Gross) weight of your order.

Shipping rates to contiguous 48 US starts from $10 and Free shipping available for qualifying orders.
Shipping rates to Canada and Mexico starts from $15 and Free shipping available for qualifying orders. We provide delivery to Canada and Mexico for most items with $10÷$25 extra charge to Standard shipping rates.

California's Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide clear and reasonable warnings to consumers regarding the potential exposure to chemicals determined by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
To revise the warning labels based on California's Proposition 65 is an effective way to avoid costly litigation, but not mandatory. A business can choose to use other warning methods and content; however, the business might have to defend the warning in legal proceedings if it is challenged as not being clear and reasonable.
Some products at our store may contain relevant substances. Buyers should have a better understanding of the product materials in advance and control the risks to avoid unnecessary losses.
RETURNS

Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items must be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed and personalized items, custom upholstered furniture and made to order items, final sale items, and some special order items.
